Carolinas AI and Automation Summit

Wait… AI Can Do That?

Ten practitioners. Two days. Every one of them has to prove it live on their own screen, or they do not get a slot.

Ten sessions built as one ladder, so each one picks up where the last one stopped. Day 1 hands your week back, one piece at a time, then puts a fence around it. Day 2 finds out whether any of it survives your industry's rules, your organization, your absence, and your audience. You leave with a system you watched get built, not a folder of notes.

Ten live builds, zero slides about the future One connected system, not ten separate talks All ten speakers on one panel VIP room where they build on your problem No coding, ever

Build Skills. Drive Impact. Lead the Future.

Built by Carolinas AI Consultants and Business Leaders

This Summit Started With a Conversation.

In July we ran two days of AI sessions for a few hundred people. One sentence kept showing up in the chat. Over and over, from different people, in different industries, at different points in the day. Wait… AI can do that? So we named the next one after it, and then we did the harder thing. We made that reaction the requirement instead of the accident.

A group of AI consultants and business leaders across the Carolinas realized we were all doing the same work in different rooms. Teaching working professionals how to use AI. Helping operators figure out where to start. Coaching healthcare and revenue cycle teams through governance questions. Showing small business owners and solo professionals how to multiply their output.

The people who needed this most could not afford to find each of us one at a time. So we came together.

The Carolinas AI & Automation Summit is what happens when practitioners and operators decide AI literacy should not be locked behind enterprise budgets, access to working AI tools should not depend on your title or your zip code, and the journey from curious to capable should not take five years and a six-figure consulting engagement.

🎓

AI Literacy for Every Professional

Plain-language explanations, real workflows, and the confidence to ask the next question. Not just for leaders. For everyone who shows up to work.

🔑

Access to Innovation Tools That Work

The AI landscape is noisy. 5,000 tools and 50 are worth your time. We test, vet, and recommend the ones our clients actually use. No vendor pitches dressed up as education.

🧭

A Clear Path on Your AI Journey

Wherever you are right now (curious, exploring, mid-pilot, scaling), we meet you there. You leave with the next three steps. Not a generic five-year roadmap.

"AI access should not be a privilege of the well-resourced. It should be a starting line every professional can stand on."

— The Carolinas AI Consultants and Business Leaders

One Rule

We made one rule. It knocked out half the agenda.

If you cannot show it working live, on your own screen, while the room watches, you do not get a speaking slot. That is it. No slides about what AI could theoretically do someday. No screenshots of something that worked last Tuesday. A screen, a build, and a room watching it happen in real time.

It cost us some good topics. What survived is what you are going to watch happen on November 4 and 5.

You leave with the things, not the notes

Every speaker gives away what they built. Not a slide about it. The actual prompt, workflow, scorecard, or template, dropped in the chat at the end of their session.

In your hands by Thursday

Ten downloads, one per session, free with any ticket

  • A content system you watched get built from one idea
  • The prompt that decides what you stop doing
  • An automation blueprint that fills your own calendar
  • A shadow AI checklist you can run on Monday
  • Your own readiness score, and the one gap to fix first

Also included

  • Every tool named out loud, with the settings on screen
  • Live captions both days
  • Replays, yours to keep, no expiry
  • Summit community access

The Ladder

Not ten separate talks. Each session sits on a rung, and every rung is higher than the one before it. Day 1 gives the week back, one resource at a time, then puts a fence around it. Day 2 tests whether it holds — under rules, across an organization, without you, and for other people.

DAY 1 · Wednesday, November 4

10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET

Get your week back

One resource at a time. Your content, your to-do list, what your team is carrying, your calendar. Then we put a fence around all of it before anything leaks.

  • 10:10–10:40 AM

Wait... A Whole Week Of Content In 20 Minutes, And It Still Sounds Like Me?

    Tenita Abraham

  • 10:40–11:10 AM

Wait... AI Just Deleted Half My To-Do List And I Feel Fine?

  • 11:20–11:50 AM

Wait... AI Can See The Pressure My Team Is Under Before They Say A Word?

    Speaker TBA

Wait... I Talked At My Phone For 90 Seconds And My Whole Week Built Itself?

    Speaker TBA

  • 12:25–12:55 PM

Wait... My Notetaker Kept THAT? And Somebody Could Subpoena It?

    Speaker TBA

DAY 2 · Thursday, November 5

10:00 AM to 1:25 PM ET

Find out if it holds

Under your industry's rules. Across an organization. Without you in the room. For the people counting on you.

  • 10:05–10:35 AM

Wait... Try To Make My AI Break Compliance. Go Ahead.

    Speaker TBA

  • 10:35–11:05 AM

Each Session Hands Off To The Next

This is not ten separate talks. Every rung is higher than the one before it.

Session 2

decides

What you are going to stop doing, and it shows its reasoning out loud so you can argue with it.

Session 4

automates

Whatever survived that cut. Nothing else. You watch the calendar fill itself in from a voice memo.

Session 5

audits

The exact thing session 4 just built, because everything you automate is also recording you.

The panel

breaks it

All ten speakers name where the whole system fails at scale, and the one thing each of them would never hand over.

Most AI Events Focus on Hype. We Don't.

Read the right column first

Come if

  • You have watched forty AI videos and Monday still works exactly the same way
  • You are the person everyone at work asks about AI, and you have been guessing
  • You already use ChatGPT and suspect you are using ten percent of it
  • You are responsible for other people's time, not only your own
  • You answer to rules. Compliance, licensing, privacy, a board

Do not come if

  • You want a certificate and no homework
  • You are hoping somebody will tell you AI will not affect your job
  • You want the theory, the history, and the ethics debate
  • You will not open your laptop during the sessions
  • You want a vendor pitch dressed up as education. You already said no to that

You'll leave with ideas you can actually apply Monday morning.

Everybody in the VIP room leaves with one working thing built on their own problem. That is the whole promise, and it is why the seats are capped.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if a live demo fails?

Then you get to watch ten experienced people handle a live failure, which is honestly its own lesson. Every speaker also records a backup of their demo, so the session keeps moving either way. We would rather take that risk than play you a video and call it live.

Is this beginner friendly?

If you have opened ChatGPT even once, you will keep up. If you have never opened it, come anyway. Day 1 opens with somebody making a full week of content out of one idea, which is the friendliest possible place to start.

I can only make one day.

Come to one. Day 1 stands alone if you want your time back. Day 2 stands alone if you already automate and want to know whether yours holds up. Replays of both come with either ticket.

Is this going to be a pitch fest?

No. Every speaker gives away what they built instead of selling it. That is ten free tools by Thursday afternoon.

I work somewhere with strict rules. Is any of this usable for me?

One whole session is an AI built to refuse what it is not allowed to say, tested live by the room. Another is an audit of what your meeting notetaker has quietly been keeping. This event takes your compliance problem seriously instead of stepping around it.

Will you tell me which tools you are using?

By name, with the settings on screen. No black boxes, no my proprietary system.

Do the replays expire?

No. They are yours.

You have heard what AI can do

On November 4 and 5, ten people are going to show you instead. Live, on their own screens, with a room full of people watching to see whether it works.
